Whether you're preparing for birth or finding your footing after, this package is for you if you're feeling stretched thin, unsure, or disconnected from yourself in the midst of it all. Or you just feel like you’d like a little support to feel better and more confident.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. This is a space for care that’s just for you—your body, your breath, your becoming.

Single Support Sessions

If you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply curious about exploring new ways to support yourself—this session is for you.

The Session is a personalized, intuitive experience designed to support your body, mind, emotions, and nervous system. We begin with a conversation to check in, then curate the session based on what you need most in the moment—whether it’s movement, breathwork, guided rest, or emotional release.

Using a blend of nervous system support, movement, breath, meditation, sound healing, and coaching, we create space for clarity, balance, and relief.

  1. Start with the 90 minute initial.

  2. Follow up with a 60 minute session, or a 90 minute if you feel like you need more time.

  3. Use the in-between check in when you just need quick support.

These sessions can support mental health but is not a replacement for clinical care.
