The Regulated Woman is a full-day, in-person wellness retreat designed to help you understand and support your body through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause.
Throughout the day, you’ll learn how hormones, nervous system regulation, nutrition, movement, and midlife health all intersect—and how to use this knowledge to feel more grounded, informed, and supported.
This retreat blends evidence-informed education, restorative practices, and community connection, creating a powerful and supportive experience for women in midlife.
